As a crew member working for America’s leader in post-frame construction, you will execute a variety of tasks necessary to complete a Morton Buildings project. This includes, but is not limited to: digging and installing footings; framing walls and roof structures; installing windows, door openings, entry doors, and other doors; installing various siding and roofing materials, including hi-rib steel, shingles, wood and other siding materials; installing mortarless masonry units; installing finishing metal and wood trims.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, working at various heights and weather conditions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Generally accepted skills to safely operate construction equipment and hand tools
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid CDL license
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Previous construction experience (preferred)
