This individual is responsible for all retail collections of our consumer loan portfolio. This is an extremely important position and his/her actions and performance allow the lenders to perform their jobs effectively. This individual must be team player, maintain a positive attitude and adhere to our core values. Minimum of five years of experience. Knowledge and understanding of all phases of consumer collections, including direct as well as indirect loans. College degree preferred or equivalent industry experience. Knowledge of current State and Federal lending laws. Must have a proven track record of abilities in this area.
