Contemporary Marketing Group, a dynamic, fast growing distribution company with excellent growth potential is seeking an Order Entry Associate with SAP Business One experience for a small office environment. We are looking for an outgoing, detail oriented individual with great organization skills.

POSITION PURPOSE -
The Order Entry Associate serves customers by accurately and rapidly entering orders from EDIs to ensure properly shipped and packaged orders for thousands of customers. This role requires product knowledge of many product groups as well as knowledge about the different types of orders. This role is a high-urgency role which requires extensive training, attention to detail, focus, customer service and diligence.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -
Process EDI orders with accuracy and speed.

Must be familiar with product lines and channels to properly determine shipping and packing methods for a number of SKUs and destinations.

Communicate with other departments to resolve order problems and expedite customer orders.

Maintain accurate records by entering orders completely and by entering detailed notes for other customer service representatives to meet customer needs.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES -
One or more years of experience with SAP Business One

Communication skills: must be able to communicate complex situations and processes to business partners and customers easily and fluidly

Attention to detail

Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Retention and application of product knowledge

Familiarity with office software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and accurate data entry

Problem solving skills to handle customer issues and special requests

PAY-
$11.00 - $13.00
