This is an "At Home" position. As a Work at Home contractor, you are responsible for obtaining your own computer system and home office, consistent with the requirements described below. Due to systems requirements, SovernT Inc. Work at Home contractors must reside within the Emerald Coast Area.

The Outbound Consumer Sales Specialist is expected to contact potential new customers by phone to provide information about products and services. All contact and lead information is provided. Obtain and examine information to qualify sales, close sales, order entry, and set installation appointments. They will be calling on behalf of ADT, the Number 1 Security Alarm service provider in the United States.
Primary job duties include providing world-class service to our valued customers by assisting them with questions regarding billing, products/services and other various areas. The ability to deliver results in acquiring new customers is essential. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. This is a Sales Position.
Please note; Contractors in this position are eligible for incentive-based performance bonuses. The compensation range for this position is estimated to be between $30,000 and $75,000 per year*. (*Based on an average of 20 to 50 sales per month)

Qualifications
Required:
Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
Terrific oral and written communication skills
Strong customer focus and excellent customer service skills
Excellent punctuality and work attendance history
Proficient in multi-tasking within several PC computer applications and databases
Must be flexible to work various shifts, including some weekends and evenings
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Web Based applications, and PC Hardware/Software
Ability to work self sufficiently and effectively in a home-based work environment
Ability to consistently handle a high volume of customer calls in a professional manner throughout the workday
Preferred:
Prior sales experience in a customer facing environment
Experience in an inbound or outbound call center
Systems Requirements:
1. At-Home CONSUMER SALES SPECIALISTs are responsible for having access to the following minimum technical requirements for "at home" work in this position:
PC with a minimum of Windows XP, 1.5 GHz Processor, 1 GB RAM, USB Webcam, DVD player, PC headset & microphone, and latest virus & spyware software.
Must have telephone service recommended unlimited calling.
Must have High Speed Internet Service, minimum speed (1.5 mbps)
2. Must meet the following SovernT physical/logistical requirements for "at home" work in this position:
Dedicated space with adequate work surface
Work area must be free from background noise and distractions
Live within SovernT Emerald Coast territory
