We will then take and market these candidates to hospitals and other healthcare establishments throughout the USA and Canada to take the professional through the interview process and find them a position that meets all their needs.

2+ years of sales or recruiting experience. Experience in prospecting, cold calling, sales and business presentations within a professional organization. Utmost integrity required! Able to work in a virtual office necessary!
Strong computer skills. Must be able to balance your strong sales characteristics with a strong consultant mentality.
Strong communications and organizational skills in order to maintain a level of activity which includes qualifying prospects, taking them through the interview process and closing deals.
