Maxim Staffing Solutions is currently looking for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to perform Insurance Assessment Visits throughout IL, WI, MN, MI and IA in a home setting.

These visits should last between 45 mins to 1 hour and consist of 40 questions pertaining to the clients current health condition and the steps that they are taking to address it. Clients are fully aware of this process and no cold calling is involved. Each Nurse Practitioner / PA / Registered Nurse would have the freedom to arrange these visits for whatever fits best with the PA and Clients schedule.

Minimum Requirements:
• Current State License for the state in which the healthcare professional practices in.
• Full command, verbal and written, of the English language.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility contract or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS card.
• Successful completion of screening tests for the clinical specialty area(s) in which the healthcare professional rpractices with a score of 80% or greater
• Maxim background screening

Physical/Work Environment Requirements:
• May work at off-site facility/ client site
• May be exposed to blood-borne pathogens, chemotherapeutic and toxic chemicals
